Body Harmony Moves – Tai Chi 6.30-8.30pm
Parkinson’s Support Group 1 - 3pm (2nd Thursday of the month)
Saturday: Peaceful Living Yoga ‘Restorative’ class 10.00am – 12.00 noon (Dates for 2026 to be advised)
